 Join Leadership California in celebrating leaders and corporations throughout the state who have made significant contributions and support the advancement of women. The 2020 Legacy of Leadership honorees truly promote and exemplify the very qualities that Leadership California is committed to fostering in women from all sectors of the state. Legacy of Leadership continues to be an annual highlight and we can't wait to "meet" virtually to recognize this year's honorees! 


6:00pm – 6:30pm - VIP Event featuring our three awardees

(Join us for this exclusive event and hear how the awardees are “leaning into the moment” in their organizations and communities through conversation facilitated by Cassandra Pye, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Lucas Public Affairs. During this open dialogue, awardees will address any of the “moments” currently facing society: COVID-19, social unrest, gender equality, career advancement for women, diversity and inclusion. Space is limited.)

6:30pm – 6:45pm - Opening Remarks from Leadership California & a message from Executive Coach Jay Bransfield 

Executive Coach Jay Bransfield, Founder of Bransfield Associates will discuss “Being Energetically Congruent to Create Influence." Jay will focus on how “energetic congruence” and how it affects leadership and influence, slowing down to speed up, the most important questions to ask yourself and creating certainty in others about you.
