Flor Tolley


As a Wells Fargo Foundation Manager, Flor manages the philanthropic activities in the Inland Empire , Imperial County and the five central coastal counties (Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, San Benito and Monterey). Together with committed business leaders, she helps make investments in our communities that transform lives, and uplift communities.  

She has more than 20 years’ experience working in various fields including: Community Investment & Engagement, Philanthropy, Volunterism, Customer Service Management & Operations, and Communications.  

She is a previous board member of the San Gabriel Valley Regional Center Foundation, whose focus is on improviding the lives of people with special needs.  

In her current role, she advocates for greater equity for academic opportunities for low-income and ethnic students, greater social equity, and for making impactful investments to nonprofit partners that help build stronger communities.  

Personal passion areas include diversity & inclusion—particularly focused on integration and acceptance of people with special needs, traveling, hiking, easy cooking, and living in a more compassionate manner towards animals and our environment.   

Flor has a BA in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona, and lives in Diamond Bar with her husband Mauricio and her four beautiful children.
